It is a major disappointment. The employees aren’t friendly as I believed. The elevators were horrible whenever we and other people waited for a longer time than normal.

第一次給這麼低的分！理由為下： 1.入住全部都是機器操作，無法期待員工幫助！ 2.人生第一次住了無免費咖啡和電熱水壺的賓館（笑） 3.賓館整體有種怪香味！ 4.賓館電梯超級擁擠！ 5.賓館整體感覺就是個大賣場，毫無秩序！

They don’t have any fridge in rooms also no water for guests. Also their amenities are timed i a way that guests can barely use them. Also their air conditioner make too much noise.
